The Build:

With the help( and by ‘help’ I mean Kris doing the work and I stoppng by from time to time to learn a few things and drop off the checks ;) ) of my boy Kris over at bonobo performance, I am hoping to fully restore this 1969 VW bug that I purchased about a month ago on a total whim.

Classic/Original/Surf look

1. Strip the car completly

2.new body and paint

3. Disc break conversion

4. New Dual Weber Carb kit addition to an existing 1600cc engine.

5. engine check and adjusted

6. Interior modification to dashboard for stereo and iPhone connectivity.

7. New suspension with a 1 in drop

8.Powder coat the existing luggage rack with new wood inlays and addition of bicycle racks modification.

Other modifications to soon to come as we complete some of these things in the first phase.
